Terms of Service



At this time there is no return or refund on products once you place an order, it has been fulfilled and made it to its destination. 

Missing Items or Damaged Products:

Please alert us within 72 hours of receiving your order if there is any issues. This may include damaged items, missing items or wrong content. To file a claim, email us the order number, with what contents are missing, or pictures of the damaged items. From there your claim will be processed and an email will be sent back with a remedy for your order. 


Our company uses USPS to ship all our packages. We base everything by weight. Madam Glitter tries to ship package out the same day if it is placed by 5PM Eastern time. If not they will be shipped out the next day. We do not ship our or fulfill on Sundays. 

Please check to make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for stolen packages or wrong addresses.There cannot be refund for these types of occurrences.

Once the order is fulfilled you will receive a tracking number. Please use this to track your packages. Most packages reach their destination within 1-5 business days. Sometimes there is a delay in shipping due to the USPS system. If this occurs, please let me know so I can further address it.
